Dragon Fruit (Pitaya) Smoothie bowl 


 Serving size: 14 oz smoothie bowl


  • 1 cup frozen dragon fruit (also called pitaya) 

  • 1 frozen banana 

  • 1 1/4 cup almond milk 

  • 1 Tbsp nut butter 

  • 1 handful spinach 


  • Strawberries 

  • Chia seed 

  • Banana 

  • Coconut flakes 

  • Kiwi 

  • Mango 


  1. Place all ingredients in blender (except for toppings)

  2. Pulse 10x, then blend on high for 30 seconds.

  3. Transfer to bowl and top with toppings!
