Healthy Kid’s Snack: Banana SUSHI!
Serving size:10-12 mini pinwheels.
1 large gluten free tortilla
1/2 cup organic peanut or almond butter
3 Tbsp honey
2 large bananas
1 Tbsp chia seeds
Lay tortilla flat on plate and smother peanut or almond butter evenly across surface.
Next, evenly spread honey on top of peanut butter until, ensuring surface is evenly coated.
Thinly slice bananas and place on top of honey/nut butter spread until bananas are completely used.
Sprinkle chia seeds evenly on top of mixture.
Lastly, roll tortilla tightly, just like you would a burrito. Do not fold ends in.
Slice tortilla into 10-12 pinwheels.
Serve and enjoy!
For storage: store in airtight container. Does not need to be refrigerated.
