Crockpot Roasted Honey Cinnamon Almonds


Serving size: 4 servings


  • 1 cup dry, unsalted almonds

  • 3 Tbsp honey

  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil

  • Dash of pink Himalayan sea salt


  1. Turn crockpot on high and spray inside with non-stick spray.

  2. Pour all ingredients into crockpot, topping mixture with a dash of pink Himalayan sea salt.

  3. Let almond mixture roast on high for 4 hours, stirring every 1-2 hours.

  4. When 4 hours is up, transfer almonds onto parchment or wax paper and let cool.

  5. Serve!
