SKINNY Caramel Apple Blossoms


Serving size: 32 apple blossoms



  1. Use apple slicer to cut and core 4 apples.

  2. Using a medium saucepan, add: caramels, brown sugar, coconut oil, and maple syrup. Heat on low and stir frequently until well blended. Remove saucepan from heat and line baking sheet the parchment paper.

  3. Next, dip 1/4 of apple slices one by one into hot caramel sauce and place individually on parchment paper.

  4. Continue with process until all apples are completed and covered in caramel.

  5. Let set for 20 minutes before serving.

  6. Store in refrigerator or eat immediately because your apples will turn brown!
