Overnight Apple Streusel Oats

Serving Size: 1 serving


  • 1/2 cup gluten free oats (or regular oats)

  • 3/4 cup almond milk

  • 1/2 cup chopped apples (brand of choice)

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder

  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • 1 TBSP raw nuts (chopped or whole)

  • 2 TBSP organic maple syrup

  • 1 TBSP chia seed

  • 1 TBSP ground flaxseed


  1. Place all ingredients into mason jar OR cereal bowl.

  2. Stir with spoon, then cover with lid or saran wrap to ensure airtight seal.

  3. Place in fridge overnight and enjoy next morning!
