Gluten Free Triple Chocolate Chunk Muffins

Gluten Free Triple Chocolate Chunk Muffins 


-4 eggs
-2 c almond flour
-2 T coconut flour
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-1/4 c coconut oil
-1/4 c maple syrup
-3 T cocoa powder
-1 tsp baking powder
-1/2 c almond butter
-1/4 c organic chocolate chips


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. n a medium bowl, combine: eggs, coconut oil, maple syrup, and almond butter. Mix on low until well blended.

  3. In a separate bowl, combine: almond flour, coconut flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and chocolate chips.

  4. Gently pour dry ingredients into wet and mix on low, then medium until well blended.

  5. Line muffin tins and spray with non-stick. Pour batter into tin, 3/4 of the way full.

  6. Bake at 350 for 17-20 minutes.

  7. Let cool + Enjoy!
