“Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother shall cleave to his wife, and they shall be one flesh” (Genesis 2:24)

In today's society, it's of no surprise that divorce rates and unstable marriages are higher than ever before.

Collectively, as Blossoming Mommy and Baby Women, we must stand firm in God's truth on marriage and work hard to fight against what society deems common and "appropriate".

Are you making time for your marriage? Is it a priority?

Answer these 5 questions below: 

  1. Are you holding onto the sacred promise you made before God?

  2. Is your spouse getting your leftovers?

  3. Are you loving your children AND their Daddy?

  4. Is you identity in your children or in Christ?

  5. Are you pouring into your marriage?

Are you a mother or a wife to your husband? 

  1. Do you constantly nag?

  2. Do you see your spouse as God sees him or are your focused on the flaws?

  3. Are you both emotionally absent?

  4. Do you treat him as "one of the kids"?

Be a wife. Period. 

  1. Compromise

  2. COMMUNICATE

  3. Serve your spouse FIRST

  4. Don't unleash

  5. Honor and Respect

  6. Inspire

  7. Uplift

  8. Take care of yourself (emotionally, physically, spiritually, socially)

  9. Have confidence

  10. Keep Christ at the center

  11. Invest in your relationship
