Treadmill Workout!

One of the best and most effective ways to stay out of the dreaded "workout plateau" is to incorporate different exercises (i.e. running, kickboxing, strength training, etc) throughout your week. Gals, remember this~ exercise is NOT a one size fits all. So, what your best friends do for fitness, may not be what YOUR body needs. As you progress through your fitness journey, make sure you take time to understand what your body responds to best and make sure you are listening to your body. Got it? Good!

I've received a few requests for a great treadmill workout and wanted to share what I have been doing the last few weeks. This workout is FAST ladies. Combining both slow and face paced intervals, you're heart and blood will be pumping and your 40 minutes will be over before you know it!

If you want an extra challenge, try increasing the incline (as the entire workout below is listed at a 0.0 incline) when your speed is below 4.0. Now go plug into your podcasts (Hey, have you subscribed to "The Blossom To Be Fit Show on iTunes? Be sure to do so!) and get busy!
