Importance of exercise during pregnancy:

In most cases, moderate exercise is an important factor in having a healthy pregnancy (with your doctor's approval, of course!) Exercise during pregnancy can help with labor and delivery, prevention of gestational diabetes, and contributes to overall health and vitality during your sacred 9 months!

Additional benefits of exercise during pregnancy may include (but are not limited to):
