We know what it feels like to be running on fumes but still have diapers to change, another load of laundry to wash, and  one more sleepless night to get through. That’s why we want to share some of our most uplifting positive affirmations that will help you reframe the way you think and make every single day an amazing one. There is power in the words we speak over our life, our day, and our family. It is SO important to be aware of not only what you say but also what you think throughout the day.

I want to encourage you to write these affirmations down sister-friend and keep them in a place that you can see all day because I promise they will be a source of comfort and strength when the going gets tough! I challenge you to start each morning by repeating at least 3 affirmations over yourself and the day ahead. You’ve got this mama!!

Repeat after us:

  1. I am CHOSEN and LOVED!”- that’s right. God choseyou and loves you. There are no ifs, ands or buts about it! Know, value, and trust the worth you have in Jesus.

  2. I can do this!” – Recall one of the most beloved verses, Philippians 4:13 “I can do all this through Him who gives me strength.” So hunker down, dear friend! You CAN DO hard things!

  3. I won’t sweat the small stuff.”- Life is too short to focus on the little things that, in the grand scheme of life, do not matter.

  4. I am responsible for my own happiness.”- Relying on others to make you happy is a recipe for disappointment. Make your own happiness. Choose joy!

  5. “I will not compare myself to others”– Comparison truly is the thief of all joy because it robs us of satisfaction, fosters competition, and engenders jealousy. You do you, girlfriend!

  6. “I am the mom my kids need to blossom.”– You are the mom your children need. No one else can love them like you do! God has entrusted them to YOU for a reason, sister.

  7. “One bad moment does not make this a bad day.”– Cherish the good times and find the silver lining in the bad. Make a point to quickly resolve and move on from a bad moment, the rest of the day has yet to be lived and cherished!

  8. “I am grateful for this life.”– Gratitude is one of the best ways to reframe a situation and keeping a gratitude journal is a great way to get in the habit of practicing gratitude!
