How To Make Natural Disinfectant Hand, Kitchen, and Bathroom Wipes

Sister friend, I have SUCH an important (AND FUN!!) segment for you today.

Listen up- your health and your home will TOTALLY thank you! As you may know, I ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS teach on the importance of keeping a clean and safe home environment.

Unfortunately, many women today hear this statement and immediately pair a clean home with toxic cleaners. Ladies, can I let you in on a little secret? If you are a Abundant Motherhood Club Member  or have previously taken our Pregnancy Prep Program, and even G+G,  you know how much I preach this message!

I actually want to share a few articles with you that are easy to read and accurate in what we as modern day women need to be aware of:

  • According to the EWG study, 53 percent of cleaning products under review contained lung-harming ingredients. In addition, well-known carcinogens like formaldehyde and chloroform were found in several cleaners.” ~Source: Huffington Post , EWG

  • “Cleaning ingredients vary in the type of health hazard they pose. Some cause acute, or immediate, hazards such as skin or respiratory irritation, watery eyes, or chemical burns, while others are associated with chronic, or long-term, effects such as cancer.” ~Source: Organic Consumers Association

  • The Dirty Truth About Cleaning Products

Ladies, I could go on…. but you get my point. YOU MUST BE SMARTER ABOUT YOUR CLEANING. PERIOD, END OF STORY! (*If you want a SUPER easy idea for how to use baking soda… I’m telling you gals, it’s not HARD to make the switch to natural cleaning!! Listen and read in HERE! EASY-PEAAASSSY, baby!)

Our family uses an array of vinegar, baking soda, castile soap, essential oils, and a few other ingredients to make ALL of our cleaning supplies. Today in particular, I’ll be sharing my simple Natural Disinfection Hand, Kitchen, and Bathroom Wipes recipe- which can be used for a multitude of events! You may choose to use wash clothes (*I just ordered a cheap bunch… nothing special!)  like I did or actual wipes (paper towels)– either work great, it truly just comes down to your preference. For me, personally- I do prefer a more sturdy wipe!

Remember, traditional cleaning products and wipes can be filled with toxic chemicals, hormone disrupting ingredients, pollutants, parabens, and MORE. Thus, making it even more important for YOU to understand the power of creating safe, natural cleaners at home! (girlfriend… I teach you this and more inside our Membership service here!)
