With wedding season, summer vacation, and busy weekends upon us, overindulgence may just be on tap for a few of us during the summer season! Ladies, hear me out, this is A-OKAY. I want you to remember this simple motto, "everything in moderation". Enjoy these events, just keep in mind that you'll need to get back on track when you get home.

Below you'll see my top 6 tips (plus 1 bonus tip!) for bouncing back after vacation in a healthy and realistic manner. Take notes and get busy, girl!

  1. Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate

    1. Detoxes + Cleanses your system

    2. Traveling, flying, and warmer weather can all lead to dehydration. Drink up girl. Water is key for replenishing your body and flushing out "the travel gunk"

    3. Smoothie it Up

      1. Again, hydration for the body

      2. Immediate and powerful nutrition

      3. Boost of energy

      4. Eliminates cravings from sugary, salty, fatty, and/or fried foods

      5. Establish your "normal routine"

        1. Get back in the swing of things, immediately. Your normal routine is a crucial piece to your success.

        2. Keep going, even if you feel out of shape

        3. Get to sweating

          2. Schedule your workouts

          3. Load up on raw foods at the store
