Honey Dijon Crockpot Dinner for Busy Moms!

Y'all, we had a busy day here but that doesn't stop mama from having a fresh, hot meal ready for din! Put this little ensemble together & the house smells AHHHMAZING.

We've had a few requests for simple, time efficient, and healthy dinner ideas for the family.. so let's kick of this fun series with a delicious meal that is perfect as we transition into warmer temperatures.

This honey-dijon dish is a perfect mixture of spice, tang, and sweetness, leaving your tastebuds (and tummy!) satisfied. Prepare this dish the night before and set your crockpot up for complete ease and automation for the day to follow.

Honey Dijon Crockpot Dinner Recipe 

Ingredients: 

6-7 chicken thighs

1 c mushrooms

1/2 jalapeรฑo

2 garlic cloves

1/2 c onions

3/4 c honey

1/2 c Dijon mustard

Salt/pepper to season!

Directions: 

Place all ingredients in crockpot and cook on high for 3-4 hours. Pair with brown rice, a kale salad, and a big glass of merlot! It's that simple, ladies!
