To kick start our journey, I'm sharing one of my most prized creations.. smoothie bowls! Smoothie bowls are excellent at anytime of the day. I particularly love to indulge in one after a workout or for a nighttime snack. Creamy, full of flavor, and nutrition, you won't be disappointed with this blend!
DIY Acai Smoothie Bowls
-1 cup frozen mango -1 cup frozen strawberries -1/2 cup vanilla almond milk -1 cup acai liquid blend -2 cups spinach
-Place liquids in blender -Layer in frozen fruit and spinach -Pulse for 20 seconds -Blend on low, then high or until creamy -Spoon into bowl
Fresh banana, chia seeds, unsweetened coconut, pumpkin seeds, almonds, organic dark chocolate, mango.
