Healthy Spinach Dip 




  1. In a glass bowl, defrost spinach in microwave, according to package.

  2. In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and parmesan cheese. Heat mixture in microwave for 30 seconds. Stir, then set aside.

  3. Chop green onions, bell pepper, and onion. Pour veggies into cheese mixture.

  4. With cheese + vegetable mixture, add garlic, cumin, red pepper, all-spice, dill, and salt/pepper.

  5. With strainer, drain spinach.

  6. Add spinach to cheese mixture.

  7. Stir and chill for 2 hours.

  8. Serve with gluten free crackers + veggies!
