Crispy Roasted Chickpeas
Healthy Snack: Crispy Roasted Chickpeas
1 can organic garbanzo beans
2 Tbsp organic olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
Pink Himalayan Salt + Pepper to taste
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Drain and rinse garbanzo beans.
Lay rinsed beans across paper towels (top and bottom sheet) and pat dry.
Once beans are completely dry, line baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with non-stick spray.
Evenly spread out garbanzo beans and drizzle olive oil, garlic powder, pepper, and cayenne on top.
Mix with fingers, then place baking sheet into oven.
Bake at 325 for 35-45 minutes or until "crispy", flipping garbanzo beans halfway through to ensure they are evenly roasted.
