Sugar, empty calories snacks, processed foods, caffeine, sodas, and other unhealthy foods can become dangerously addictive and extremely hindering to the mind-body-soul connection; and can also lead to depression, anxiety, and other mental health conditions.

No soda. This goes for diet and regular. Both are packed with artificial ingredients and other harmful substances that can lead to headaches, bloating, and digestive irritation.
Limit Caffeine. Excess caffeine can lead to increased anxiety, heart palpitations, and can lead to anxiety and/or panic attacks. Remember the mindfulness theme... "everything in moderation".
Increase your fruit and vegetable intake. Plain and simple. More greens + fruits for nourishment and vital nutrition.
Foods high in Vitamin D. Fresh Alaskan salmon, mushrooms, tuna, and oranges are all great options.. and don't forget good ol' sunshine here too, ladies!
