How To Stay Hydrated as a Busy Mom

Water is boring.. infuse like a BOSS!

Swap out your water with some zip and FLAVOR by adding a combo of your favorite fruits and herbs! You can opt to add directly to your water OR by using a special infused water bottle (BPA FREE OF COURSE!) and/or infused water pitcher! A list of flavors include (but are not limited to)…

  1. Lemons, Limes, Organges

  2. Mangos, Pineapple

  3. Apples, Pears

  4. Strawberries, Raspberries

CONSUME foods that are FULL of water!

This is an awesome tip for your kiddos too! Eating foods high in water content will help to nourish and hydrate that healthy body of yours, Momma! A few of my favorite foods high in water content include:

  1. Watermelon

  2. Cucumbers

  3. Celery

  4. Grapefruit

Pack some YUMMY juices and/or teas for your day!
