Blender: The single most used item in the Blossom household and one I refer to often within The Abundant Motherhood Club and Pregnancy Prep Program. Perfect for your daily smoothies, dressings, batter, DIY almond butters, and homemade baby food!
Spiralizer: A fabulous way to add different texture and variety to your salads. Also a staple for creating ZOODLES (spiraled zucchini noodles) and curly sweet potato fries!
Mason Jars: You ladies know I teach on the importance of mason jars from salads, to smoothies, homemade dressings, homemade lotions, and more! Mason jars make storing a breeze and allow for a SUPER effective way for you and your littles to carryout healthy lunches or breakfast for the week ahead.
Crockpot: Cut, Measure, Pour, Simmer. Hi, gorgeous. Your dinner is now ready.
Rice Cooker: And just when you thought it couldn’t get ANY easier than a crockpot… your new must have rice cooker (brown and white rice options!) TOTALLY rocked your socks off.
Infused Water on Hand: Grab a cute glass container and fill with filtered water. Next, add your FAVORITE fruits (citrus works wonderful!), herbs, or spices for a beautifully infused concoction.
Glass Storage: BPA is SO out of style, Momma. Make sure you have completely ridden your house of these harmful containers. Opt for these beautiful glass containers instead.
Well Stocked and Organized pantry: In this women’s’ health seminar, I taught exactly HOW to create a well stocked and organized pantry. It’s important, necessary, and one that will leave you and your littles full of healthy food and healthy options!
Washed + Cut Fruits and Vegetables: Again, an absolute non-negotiable. When you get home from the store, take the extra 10 minutes to wash, cut, and prepare you produce for the week ahead. You’ll be less tempted to grab unhealthy foods if healthy items are regularly available… PLUS, it makes your meals for the week ahead EASY-PEASY
There you have it, my darlings! Which tip was/is your fav? Make sure you tune into this episode for more of my professional insight here.
