10 Top Items Every Mom Needs in Her Kitchen

On today’s motivational Monday segment, I’m sharing my top recommendations that ALL mommas need in their kitchen (and of course…. life!  ). Whether you are a new or seasoned Mom or maybe you’re in the TTC stage, whatever your season is, the below recommendations are my personal favorite and ones that I refer my clients to on a regular basis. Because ya’ll…. your life needs to be easier and that’s what I’m here for.

  7. Glass StorageBPA is SO out of style, Momma. Make sure you have completely ridden your house of these harmful containers. Opt for these beautiful glass containers instead.

  9. Well Stocked and Organized pantry: In this women’s’ health seminar, I taught exactly HOW to create a well stocked and organized pantry. It’s important, necessary, and one that will leave you and your littles full  of healthy food and healthy options!

  10. Washed + Cut Fruits and Vegetables: Again, an absolute non-negotiable. When you get home from the store, take the extra 10 minutes to wash, cut, and prepare you produce for the week ahead. You’ll be less tempted to grab unhealthy foods if healthy items are regularly available… PLUS, it makes your meals for the week ahead EASY-PEASY
