DIY Natural Sore Muscle Rub

DIY Natural Sore Muscle Rub 

Ingredients: 

-1/2 cup coconut oil 

-1/4 cup beeswax 

-2 T almond oil 

-1 T Shea butter 

-10 drops pure eucalyptus essential oil 

-10 drops pure lavender essential oil 

-10 drops pure peppermint essential oil 

-1/4 tsp ground ginger (optional)

-Airtight, non BPA container for storage

Directions: 

  1. In a medium sized sauce pan, combine coconut oil, beeswax, almond oil, and Shea butter. With low/med heat, gently heat all ingredients until well combined and completely melted.

  2. Remove mixture from heat and add all essential oils and ginger.

  3. Let cool and store in airtight, non BPA container.

  4. Rub a small amount and massage on achy muscles.
