Self-Love Practices for Blossoming Babes!

Well, it’s about that time again, sister. Valentine’s Day is just around the corner! This year we want you to think about how you can show yourself some L-O-V-E!

Self-love is a hot topic these days and we are totally jumping on the bandwagon! Girlfriend, when you invest in yourself it pays off for you and everyone around you. We’ve already shared 6 of our every day practices but there are SO many ways to shower yourself in self-love so we are expanding our list.

Play around with some of the practices below to find the perfect combination for you. And remember to make self-love a priority in your life. Don’t allow excuses to get in the way! These activities can (and should) fill your cup so you can go out and truly serve those you love!

  1. Take a fun exercise class with your girlfriends!

  2. Play a board game with your hubby.

  3. Go to that free yoga class at your local studio.

  4. Try a guided meditation.

  5. Journal!

  6. Go to a Karaoke bar and sing your lungs out.

  7. Give yourself permission to go to bed early.

  8. Volunteer your time.

  9. Plan a spa day at home!

  10. Do a devotional.

  11. Read a good book.

  12. Have a dance party in your pjs!

  13. Listen to your favorite podcast show.

  14. Feast on God’s word via church or bible time.

  15. Plan your dream vacation.

  16. Go on a hike.

  17. Sip on your favorite hot drink.

  18. Cook something!

  19. Practice your coloring skills with a mindfulness coloring book.
