5 Items for Women to Avoid if You're Trying To Conceive

If you're on the road to becoming a mamma, there are a few things to consider in prepping your body for baby. Today I'll be sharing 5 items with you to avoid if you're trying to conceive.  5 Items for You to Avoid if you're currently #TTC:

  1. Alcohol and Excess Caffeine (Limit your caffeine consumption and eliminate alcohol)

  2. Stress (Environmental, mental, emotional, physical)

  3. Excess Underweight or Overweight (This goes for extreme exercise, too)...remember, everything in moderation. We want a healthy medium, so make sure you discuss with your doctor about a healthy weight that's right for you.

  4. Mercury exposure (This can be found in fish- especially tuna and swordfish)

  5. Eliminate processed, high sugary and fatty foods.

Remember ladies, this is a critical period for you to prepare your body for baby to live, grow, and thrive.
