Whether you have kids or not, time management is a skill that is crucial for productivity, mental clarity, and organization. I see so many women struggle with managing time and my hopes with this message today is that you can apply this tips immedialtey to your lifestyle in order to streamline and clear out your days ahead!

7 Time Management Tips for Women

  1. Get a planner. Whether it's digital or paperback, you'll need to have some sort of organization method to see your days, week, month, and year at glance. If you're a paperback girl, check target or many shops online for cute and creative designs! If you're a digital girl, search for a gorgeous calendar app that you resonate with, then download!

  2. Use your planner! Okay, so you have a planner... but are you using it? Make sure you schedule EVERYTHING in your planner, from work hours, to appointments, pickups, and more. This is an excellent wait to see your day, week, and month at glance, and allows you to establish a sense of excellent time management!

  3. Batch your outings! Instead of spreading yourself too thin with appointments, try batching your appointments within a few days. For instance, get your dentist appointment, your annual, hair appointment, and/or family appointments all in one or two windows, instead of widespread throughout the entire month!

  4. Food Prep! Ladies, you know this! Take a few hours out to your weekend to plan and prep meals for the week. It will make everything SO much easier and effortless!

  5. Prioritize with Your Time.Remember, you don't have to say yes to everything. First and foremost, your family should be getting your 100%. Then, your priorities fall into line afterwards.

  6. Outsource what you can! Remember... "You can do anything, but not EVERYTHING!" Take time to examine different areas in your life that can be delegated! Is there a neighborhood kid who wants to earn an extra 10 bucks? Line up a monthly lawn mowing schedule for him/her, so YOU'RE not mowing the lawn every week. Imagine what you can do when you start to delegate!

  7. Early AM Rise + Routine! One of the best tips I can give you is simply this... GET UP AND GET BUSY! Try to get in the habit of setting your alarm for 5 or 6 a.m. Be productive in the morning and you'll be amazed at how much more you can and will achieve! Stick with your routine and you're well on your way!
