10 Snack Ideas for Kids with Blossoming Mommy and Baby
Apple and Almond Butter: Slice apples, spread a thin layer of almond butter over the surface and top with your favorite toppings including but not limited to: coconut flakes, chia seeds, chocolate chips, raisins, banana, and more!
Ants on a Log: Cut celery into snack size pieces. Fill insides with almond butter and top with raisins (err, I mean ants :) ).
DIY trail mix: Mix and match your own trail mix by adding a variety of raw nuts, dried unseated fruit, seeds, and organic chocolate. Check your local bulk section for the best "bang for your buck" options!
Homemade Granola bars: Create healthy, homemade granola bars for the week. Search "granola bars" on our site for a list of our top recipes!

Baked sweet potato fries: Yum. Slice and cut sweet potatoes. Drizzle w/ olive oil, salt, pepper, and granulated garlic. Bake on greased baking sheet at 375 (flipping twice) for 30-40 minutes.
Sliced fruits and vegetables: No directions here! Just cut, arrange, and munch away!
Non-sugar drinks: Nix the soda, diet drinks, sports drinks, and juices. Opt for organic juice with low sugar and water.
Organic Hummus + Pita chips: One of our family favorites! Costco has a great deal for hummus and pita chips. Buy in bulk, serve, display, and enjoy!
Avocado Toast: Mash 1 avocado, 1/2 lemon (juice only), red pepper flakes, salt, pepper. Gently spread over gluten free toast or a gluten free wrap. Top with your favorite vegetables (or those you have at home!) *You can see my choice of toppings below!*
