Triple Chocolate Quinoa Energy Bites


  • 1 c raw cashews

  • 1/2 c raw honey or organic maple syrup

  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil

  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder

  • 5 dates (soaked)

  • 1/4 c raw (uncooked quinoa)

  • 1/2 c almond butter

  • 1/4 c raw oats

  • 1/4 c organic apple sauce


  1. Place all ingredients into food processor or blender.

  2. Pulse, then blend on medium until well blended.

  3. Roll into 1-inch balls, then freeze on wax paper.

  4. Store in refrigerator or freezer (personally… I like the freezer!  )
