Triple Chocolate Chunk (Gluten Free) Brownies with Chocolate Frosting 

Ingredients 

Brownie Batter 

  • 1 can black beans

  • 2 T coconut oil

  • 1/2 c almond butter

  • 2 T organic maple syrup

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tsp organic vanilla extract

  • 2 T coconut flour

  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

  • Pinch of salt

  • 2 T cocoa powder

Frosting 

  • 1/2 cup organic chocolate chips

  • 1 T coconut oil

Directions 

  1. In blender, combine: black beans (rinsed and drained), coconut oil, almond butter, maple syrup, eggs, vanilla extract, coconut flour, baking soda, salt, + cocoa powder.

  2. Preheat oven to 350

  3. Grease 9 x 13 pan with nonstick spray.

  4. Pour batter into pan.

  5. Bake for 20 minutes.

  6. Remove brownie from oven.

  7. In microwave, heat chocolate chips and coconut oil for 30 seconds. Drizzle glaze over brownies.

  8. Serve away!
