Superfoods Rice Bowl

Rice bowls are an AMAZING way to not only have a healthy and filling dinner (or lunch!), but also serve as a great method for power packing quality nutrition into your dish! Enjoy this rice pack combo, ladies! It truly is to die for!

Superfoods Rice Bowl


  • 1/2-1 cup brown rice (*this depends on your preference for carb consumption!)

  • 1 cubed chicken breast (cooked)

  • 1/2 cup roasted sweet potatoes or yams

  • 1/2 cup raw zucchini

  • 1 cup chopped spinach

  • 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes

  • 1/2 cup sautéed vegetable blend (2 chopped carrots, 1/4 cup onion, 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms, 1/2 chopped bell pepper)


  1. Have all above ingredients prepared separately prior to creation your rice bowl.

  2. Next, in a large bowl or plate, layer: brown rice, chicken, and all vegetables.

  3. If desired, season with salt, pepper, and a splash of liquid aminos or soy sauce!
