Superfood Strawberry-Peach Frozen Yogurt Bites

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup non-dairy vanilla yogurt (we use almond or coconut milk yogurt, however you are welcome to use regular dairy based or Greek vanilla yogurt if it is  preferred)

  • 1/2 cup frozen or thawed strawberries (diced)

  • 1/2 cup frozen or thawed peaches (diced)

  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

Directions: 

  1. Place all ingredients into blender.

  2. Pulse, then blend on low for approximately 30 seconds or until well blended.

  3. Spoon mixture into ziploc bag.

  4. Cut corner off ziplock bag (this is where you will be squeezing mixture out!)

  5. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and squeezed 1/4 inch droplets of yogurt mixture into sheet.

    1. You can also use a silicone mold like these *affiliate* to make squeezing and shaping these droplets even easier! 

  6. Continue process until finished.

  7. Freeze for one hour.

  8. Store in airtight container in your freezer~when ready to snack, just take container out and enjoy! Warning, they do melt, so eat right away! Return container back to freezer when finished
