Strawberry Vanilla Overnight Oats (Gluten-Free Option)

Strawberry Vanilla Overnight Oats (GF Option)

Ingredients: 

  • 1 c raw oats (gluten free or regular) *I personally use GF* 

  • 1 c almond milk

  • 1 T organic maple syrup

  • 1 T chia seeds

  • 1/4 c melted almond butter *mix 1/4 c almond butter + 1 T coconut oil to melt!*

  • 1/2 c sliced strawberries (frozen or fresh)

Directions: 

  1. In small bowl, combine oats, almond milk, maple syrup, chia seeds, almond butter, and strawberries.

  2. Mix with spoon and transfer to mason jar (or airtight container).

  3. Let set ovrenight!

  4. Top with: coconut flakes, granola, chocolate chips, fresh honey, and/or bananas!
