Spicy Granola Clusters!


  • 1 c walnuts

  • 1/2 c cashews

  • 1/2 c almonds

  • 1/2 c pumpkin seeds

  • 4 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 c unsweetened shredded coconut flakes

  • 1 c organic raisins

  • 1/2 c coconut oil

  • 1/4 c organic maple syrup

  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon


  1. In medium bowl, combine: walnuts, cashews, almonds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, coconut flakes, and organic raisins.

  2. Next, in microwave safe bowl, combine coconut oil and maple syrup. Heat for 30 seconds or until melted.

  3. Pour coconut oil mixture over nut mixture and mix with spoon until well coated.

  4. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

  5. Transfer granola to greased baking sheet.

  6. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring halfway in between.

  7. Finish baking at 425 degrees for an additional 10 minutes (this will help to crisp the granola!)
