SKINNY Marshmallow Crisp Treats

  1. In a medium sized sauce pain, combine marshmallows, coconut oil, maple syrup, and almond butter.

  2. Cook on low/med heat, stirring frequently (approximately 10 minutes), until all ingredients are melted and blended together.

  3. Once completely melted, remove mixture from heat immediately.

  4. Stir in Puffed Brown Rice and Mix (Remember, this will be HOT!) with wooden spoon until all puffed rice is coated.

  5. Evenly spread mixture into a greased (coconut oil or non-stick spray) 12×12 baking dish.

  6. Let cool at room temp for 1 hour.

  7. ENJOY!
