SKINNY Cinnamon Apple Chips

The most amazing, healthy, and DELISH snack ready for you ANY time of the year! Ladies, these SKINNY Cinnamon apple chips are perfect for long car rides, a busy week, a late night snack, or an afternoon pick me up! If you are naturally a fan of apples, feel free to double, triple, or even quadruple this recipe, as it is SURE to be a family hit... and ladies, be warned... these babies go fast! :-) ENJOY!

SKINNY Cinnamon Apple Chips

Ingredients: 

  • 8 organic apple of choice (*Personally, I use fuji, honey crisp, and/or granny smith!)

  • 2 tbsp cinnamon powder

  • 1 tbsp sugar in the raw

  • Parchment paper*affiliate link

  • Non-stick spray

Directions: 

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

  2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and non-stick spray.

  3. Core apples and cut into thin slices.

  4. Spread evenly on across parchment paper (no overlapping!)

  5. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.

  6. Bake for 1 hour, then remove baking sheet and flip apples with spatuala, so the opposite side and bake evenly. Bake for 1 more hour, adding 30 minutes to total time if needed for "crispness'".

  7. Remove from heat and enjoy!
