(SKINNY) Breakfast Burrito (Blossoming Momma Style!)

Ingredients: 

  • 1 gluten free wrap

  • 1/2 cup cooked quinoa

  • 3 eggs (scrambled)

  • 1/8 cup shredded cheese

  • 1/2 sliced avocado

  • 1/2 cup black beans

  • 1/4 cup salsa

  • 1/2 cup cooked and seasoned sweet potatoes or yams

Directions: 

  1. Heat gluten free wrap up in microwave (30 seconds)

  2. Layer all ingredients inside wrap

  3. Roll and tuck edges

  4. ENJOY!

  5. BONUS TIP: Prepare your quinoa and sweet potatoes/yams in advance and in bulk! These two items can be used throughout the week for multiple meals :)
