Signature Blossoming Mommy and Baby Spring Salad

Ingredients: 

  • 10 cups romaine lettuce or mixed greens

  • 1 whole avocado (sliced)

  • 1 large tomato (sliced)

  • 1/2 small onion (sliced)

  • 1 cucumber (diced)

  • 2 large carrots (shredded)

  • 1 large roasted sweet potato (roasted/cubed)

  • 1/2 cup quionoa (cooked)

Directions: 

  1. Place romaine lettuce into large serving bowl.

  2. Gently layer all ingredients on top of lettuce.

  3. Dress with your favorite dressing!

  4. SERVE
