How To Make Savory, Homemade Chicken Broth


  • 4 stalks organic celery (chopped)

  • 4 large carrots

  • 1 medium sized onion (chopped)

  • 4 bay leafs

  • 4 cloves garlic (halved)

  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning

  • 1 tbsp dried parsley

  • 1 tsp dried thyme

  • Salt + Pepper to taste

  • 1 cooked chicken carcass (includes bones and left over roasted meat, as well as skin)

  • 64 oz water


  1. Place all ingredients into crockpot and cook low and slow for 9-10 hours.

  2. Drain and transfer liquid into air tight mason jars.

  3. Store in fridge.
