Healthy Winter Fruit Salad with Maple Glaze

Okay, ladies… technically you can enjoy this at ANY time of the year… but seriously, these flavors are TO DIE. So cozy and SO yum. ENJOY

Healthy Winter Fruit Salad 

Ingredients: 

Directions: 

  1. Cut all fruit as desired. I LOVE chopping, dicing, and quartering all items.

  2. Place in glass bowl and drizzle with a splash of lime juice (half a lime works beautifully and helps to prevent browning from the bananas and apples!)

  3. Drizzle maple syrup and cinnamon.

  4. Top with chia seeds.

  5. Toss and ENJOY!
