Healthy Taco Seasoning

Healthy Taco Seasoning for Taco Tuesday!

Ingredients: 

  • 1 tablespoon granulated garlic

  • 1 tablespoon chili powder

  • 2 teaspoons cumin

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon pepper

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes or cayenne pepper (*this is optional if you prefer heat!)

Directions: 

  1. Place all ingredients into small bowl.

  2. Stir with spoon, then sprinkle over (entire mixture) raw, ground hamburger meat (~1 lb meat).

  3. While browning meat and spices, add 1/4 cup of water to pan and continue with browning process.
