Healthy Peanut butter Banana Muffins
1/3 cup almond milk
1/3 cup almond butter
1 T coconut oil
1/4 c maple syrup
2 c gluten free oats
2 T cocoa flour
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 T cinnamon
In a blender, combine bananas, almond milk, almond butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla, and egg. Pulse, then blend until well mixed.
Gently pour in oats, flour, baking soda, and cinnamon.
Pulse, then blend on low until well mixed.
Pour batter into greased muffin tin (lined with muffin tins)
Slice fresh banana on top of batter
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes
