Healthy Peanut butter Banana Muffins 


  • 2 bananas

  • 1/3 cup almond milk

  • 1/3 cup almond butter

  • 1 T coconut oil

  • 1/4 c maple syrup

  • 2 c gluten free oats

  • 2 T cocoa flour

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1 egg

  • 1 T cinnamon


  • In a blender, combine bananas, almond milk, almond butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla, and egg. Pulse, then blend until well mixed.

  • Gently pour in oats, flour, baking soda, and cinnamon.

  • Pulse, then blend on low until well mixed.

  • Pour batter into greased muffin tin (lined with muffin tins)

  • Slice fresh banana on top of batter

  • Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes
