Healthy No-Bake Monster Cookie Balls

Gals, we’ve done it again! These monster cookie protein balls may JUST BE the most delicious and decadent treat that has ever come out of the BMAB HQ kitchen! Healthy, sweet, and packed full of nutrition.. you do not want to miss out on these! When making, try doubling the batch if you have a big week planned, as they serve as a great treat, anytime of the day. They also make for a delicious after school snack for your littles.

Ingredients 

1/2 cup raw almond butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 T chia seed
1 cup gluten free (*optional for GF) raw oats
1/4 cup ground flax meal
1 package of regular m+ms (*okay, so this part isn’t “healthy”… but it’s all in moderation! Feel free to substitute with organic chocolate chips (~1/4 cup) or organic raisins (~1/4 cup) 

Directions

-In food processor (or blender) combine: almond butter, maple syrup, chia seed, oats, and flax.
-Pulse for 20 seconds, then blend for 30 more seconds or until mixture is well mixed.
-Crush m&ms (I poured the m&ms into a ziplock and rolled over the baggie with a rolling pin)
-Gently mix in crushed m&ms.
-Form into 1-inch balls.
-Chill for 1 hour.
-Viola!
