Healthy Banana Pops!


Healthy Banana Pops! 


  1. 1 banana (cut in 3's!)

  2. 1/3 cup organic chocolate chips

  3. 1 T coconut oil

  4. Chopped cashews, shredded coconut flakes, sprinkles (or toppings of choice!)


  1. Cut banana in thirds

  2. In a microwave safe bowl, heat chocolate and coconut oil for 30 seconds. Mix with spoon.

  3. Dip 1/2 of each banana in chocolate

  4. Roll in favorite toppings

  5. Place popsicle stick in center of banana

  6. Freeze for 1 hour
