The Easiest + Healthiest Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzels (Gluten Free!)

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup gluten free pretzels

  • 3 Tbsp organic chocolate chips

  • 1 Tbsp organic peanut butter

Directions: 

  1. In a microwave safe bowl, combine chocolate and peanut butter. Heat for 40 seconds, then stir with spoon until mixture is well mixed and dissolved.

  2. Line a plate with parchment or wax paper.

  3. Dip half side of each pretzel into mixture, then place dipped pretzel on paper.

  4. After all pretzels have been dipped, let sit for 1 hour at room temperature or 30 minutes if placed in fridge.

  5. Store in airtight container.
