DIY Remedy: How to Make Cinnamon Sore Throat Tea

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup organic unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder

  • 1 tbsp organic honey

  • Frother (I use this one!) or stove top pan.

Directions: 

  1. Place all ingredients into frother or onto stove top.

  2. If using frother, turn on medium and let froth until creamy.

  3. If using stove top pan, bring to boil using medium heat, then back to simmer for 1 minute.

  4. Transfer milk mixture to cup, sip away! The soothing benefits of cinnamon and warm milk, as well as honey works wonders for the throat.
