DIY Holiday Glow BOWL! 

Ingredients: 

  • 2 frozen bananas

  • 3/4 c almond milk

  • 1 T almond butter

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (we use shakeology)

  • 3 dates (pitted)

  • Toppings: raw almonds, coconut flakes, chocolate chips, drizzled honey, pumpkin seeds

Directions: 

  1. Place bananas, among milk, protein powder, and dates in blender. Pulse, then blend on high for 30 seconds or until well blended.

  2. Top with desired toppings, grab a spoon, and dig in!

  3. Time to GLOW!
