{Dairy Free} Mango Pineapple Coconut Popsicles

Serving size:4 large popsicles. 

Ingredients: 

  • 2 cups coconut milk (not canned, actual coconut milk similar to almond milk in store!

  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango

  • 1 tbsp chia seed

  • 3 Tbsp maple syrup

  • Popsicle Molds (I LOVE these ones for adults/big kids!) and these popsicle molds for littles! 

Directions: 

  1. Place all ingredients into blender.

  2. Pulse, then blend on medium until all fruit is pureed.

  3. Pour into popsicles molds and let set in freezer for at least 2 hours.

  4. ENJOY! (PS- these are GREAT for breakfast and hot, summer days!)
