The Coffee Lover's Smoothie

If you are a #blossomingmomma, we know there's a 99.9% chance of you being a HUGE COFFEE LOVER ??☕ Ladies, no shame here! LOL. After baby Blossom is born, I cannot WAIT to get my hands back on that afternoon cup of coffee! (For now... my one and done rule is going strong!) Today I am sharing my signature, coffee lover's smoothie recipe! This is SO EASY to make, gals!!!! BONUS? It's creamy, DELISH, combines chocolate and peanut butter (and caffeine ;)) AND it is insanely healthy for your body?? Whip this beaut up in 5 minutes and you're ready to rock and roll! 

The Coffee Lover's Smoothie 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 large frozen banana

  • 1 cup ice

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1/4 cup brewed coffee (cold)

  • 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder (I used chocolate) (Favorite proteins: Rootz or Shakeology) *affiliate link*

  • 1 T peanut or almond butter

  • 2 dates (pitted) *tip: dates are power packed with nutrition and add additional sweetness to your blend!

Directions: 

  1. Place all ingredients into blender.

  2. Pulse, then blend on high for 1 minute.

  3. Transfer to glass and drink!
