No-Bake Oatmeal Energy Bites

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup raw oats (gluten free or regular)

  • 3/4 cup organic peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)

  • 1 cup raisins

  • 3/4 cup raw honey

  • 3 teaspoon raw chia seeds

  • 3 teaspoons ground flaxseed

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup organic chocolate chips

Directions: 

  1. Place all ingredients into large bowl.

  2. Mix with spoon, then with hands.

  3. Roll into 1-inch balls and place in air tight container.

  4. Let set on counter or in fridge for 1 hour prior to eating.
