Avocado Salsa



  • 2 large avocados (Diced)

  • 2 large tomatoes (Diced)

  • 1/2 cup chopped onion (Diced)

  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

  • 1 lime (squeezed juice)

  • 1/2 tsp granulated garlic powder

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 1/8 cup red wine vinegar

  • Salt + pepper to taste


  1. In a large bowl, combine: avocado, tomatoes, onion, cilantro, and lime juice. Mix with spoon and set aside.

  2. In a separate small bowl, combine: garlic powder, olive oil, vinegar, and salt/pepper. Whisk with fork, then pour over avocado mixture.

  3. Stir mixture gently with spoon, then cover with Saran Wrap.

  4. Let set in fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
