Immune Booster Smoothie

 Serving size: 14 oz smoothie bowl


  • 1 frozen banana

  • ½ cup frozen pineapple

  • ½ peeled large orange

  • 1 handful of spinach

  • ¼ lemon (rind peeled)

  • ¼ inch raw ginger root (use knife to cut off brown edges)

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)


  1. Place all ingredients in blender (except for toppings)

  2. Pulse 10x, then blend on high for 30 seconds.

  3. Top with fresh banana and chia seed for an extra immune kick!
