Crockpot Stir Fry
Serving size: 4-6 serving
1 cup raw broccoli florets
½ cup chopped white or yellow onion
¾ cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup chopped carrots
2 stalks chopped celery
1 large zucchini chopped
1 whole bell pepper (color of choice) chopped
1 green onion stalk chopped
4 4oz chicken breasts
2 Tbsp liquid aminos
¼ cup preferred teriyaki sauce
3 Tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tsp granulated garlic powder
Salt + pepper to taste
Plug crockpot in and set to high.
Spray crockpot with non-stick spray and lay chicken down first.
Next, add all remaining ingredients including vegetables, sauces, and spices.
Place lid on crockpot and let cook on high for 4-5 hours.
Once stir fry is done, remove chicken and cut into bite size pieces, then return chicken to crockpot. Stir mixture with spoon.
Serve with fresh brown or white rice.
