Healthy Mediterranean Mezze Platter


 Serving size: 6-8


  • 1 cup sliced cucumbers

  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes

  • ½ cup raw almonds

  • 1 cup sliced carrots

  • ½ cup Kalamati olives

  • ½ cup green olives

  • ½ cup sliced cheese (color of choice)

  • ½ cup canned (drained) artichoke hearts

  • 1 cup roasted hummus

  • 1 cup pita chips

  • 2 cups red or green grapes


  1. Pick your favorite serving board or serving tray.

  2. Measure and slice all ingredients as needed.

  3. Transfer hummus to serving bowl.

  4. Arrange vegetables, dips, fruit, nuts, and chips as desired!

  5. Enjoy!
